To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning an item, you will not be refunded for the shipping charged on the original order and in addition, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the item. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your car issuer’s policies. Damaged items: If your item arrived damaged or defective please reach out to us right away and we will promptly offer a full refund on the return of the item or a replacement at no additional cost.
